Default Ruger Frontier Rifles

I have been using a Ruger Frontier in 7mm-08 for quite some time now and have had wonderful results with it. Most of my shots have been close ( within 100 yards ). Has anyone took long shots with a Frontier? How did it do and how far was the shot? The area I hunt in very rarely presents shots in excess of 100 yards because of how thick the trees are. I have been using this gun to shoot Axis deer and it is perfect for the area that I am hunting. I look forward to hearing from the other Frontier fans out there.
