| Anybody have an idea how I should determine a value for this rifle. An old friend offered me the chance to buy it. I liked the feel of it. I picked it up and pointed it a few times five years ago. It is probably 20 years old and has not been shot much at all. Hey, I am thinking on trading or selling my dear rifle for a hand gun. I wonder what it is worth. Interarms Mark X import. Yugoslovian made. 30-06 Manlicher style (single trigger). Stock goes to end of the barrel. Only used 2 seasons. Interarms is not a popular brand so I doubt there is any collector value. That rifle was well made and had a claw type bolt. The wood was nice (I think I remember that). Seems like I remember it had a peep sight in the rear (no scope). The peep lined up with the eye nicely and it was adjustable. Nice brush gun. What was the barrel length?. The norm is 26 inches but I think I remember yours is 23 inches. Nice brush gun again. Probably a good shooter. Drilled and tapped for scope but no scope. I will try to come up with a price. You look for a price. I would have Hal come over and pick it up and go to the range. If he gets a tight pattern with it, I will most likely buy it if the price is fair. As I said it is not a collectable but if it is a good shooter I will want it. |
