|  Scouting/Game camera I saw a scouting/game camera on TV and I could have sworn that the ad said that the camera transmits the images to my email. Can someone conform this notion for me and give me the name if this incredible gizmo? Thanx All!  |

 |  i havent seen anything like that.frankly i dont see how it is possible.i have one in infra red that you can down load into a computer or digital cam corder. but i dont see how this camera is going to take a photo and email it to your address. not saying it cant be done, i just dont see how it can be done at a price an average joe can afford

| Yes there are gamecameras that will email your pictures to you within 1 minute. Penns Woods and Pixcontroller both make these. Pixcontrollers version is much cheaper then Penns Woods, and just as good. We are still talking $350 here, without the camera. So it is a little steep. But if that is what you are looking for it's not much more than a Cudde. They use cell phone cameras to email you the pics. 1.3 mega pixel, the pics are pretty good for a cell phone, and that technology will only get better. You still need to be able to reach a tower from your neck of the woods, and the service plan may also be pricey. One added advantage is if someone steals it, you will have their picture on your computer in a minute. Just hope you know who it is, so you can get it back. |
