I did some night fishing on lake powell in march and had a great time. There were four of us that went together and we all did good. About 84 stripers in all. All of them ranging from two to eight pounds. We used some killer fish lights that we put in the water and they would attract the plankton which then would attract the shadfish which would attract the stripers which of course would attract us humans. the lights i'd say are a great tool for that type of fishing. you can check out the lights yourself at www.killerfishlights.com . anyone fish lake powell lately? check out some photos of our fish here http://www.huntingtalk.com/hunting-g...o.php?photo=14 Last edited by deadserious; 04-07-2005 at 07:55 AM.

Is it on the Utah side of Lake Powell where you went? I have never been there, well I've drove by a few times but that's it.

yea the utah side, we launched our boats from the bullfrog marina. the boat ramp there was about 1/4 mile long because the lake is so low. hopefully they will get some water in there this spring. Last edited by mike; 04-07-2005 at 08:07 AM.
